It really was a treat and didn’t want to leave.
The only thing I can think of is the internet service. The password didn’t work and the service was really slow.
Breakfast was perfect. Location couldn’t have been any better, with a beautiful view of the ocean and walking distance to downtown Capitola. The grounds of this inn were stunning.

I don’t if it was because of Labor Day weekend but the people who were about of would not keep it down! They played very

Loved that the place was near the water but it was very confusing with the parking.

Our continental breakfast was always on time and a perfect way to start the day. We spent a lot of time outside enjoying the property, guests and view. Our walks to town took about 10cminutes and the houses along the way were fun to look at. Very interesting history of the inn. Staff was exceptional.

Extremely well located, a short walk from town and from two beaches, with beautiful views and grounds overlooking the sea that made it tempting to to just stay on the property. Our room was terrific and the staff couldn't have been more helpful.

Quaint and charming!
This place was absolutely gorgeous! So quaint and charming. The only bad thing is the walls are a little thin...I could hear the person snoring in the next room. But even that didn't bother me too much!
I loved everything about this place! Even the smells were great...woodsy with a side of ocean!

Excellent option for a B&B near Santa Cruz and right in the heart of Capitola, with a beautiful view
It was fine, but for the amount of money, the bathroom was very small and the shower very outdated
